About Us
Michael Getlin
Michael is OIPA's Founder and Director. He also owns and operates a family cannabis farm in Oregon City. His interest in advocacy arose from his direct experience and thorough understanding of the Oregon cannabis market and regulatory environment. He is an Oregon native, graduated from West Linn High School and holds a BA in Government from Harvard University
Mia Getlin, JD
Mia is our General Counsel. She is the lead Oregon attorney for Gleam Law where she specializes in cannabis business law including M&A, compliance and licensure. She is a CPA (inactive) holds a BA from UCLA and a JD from Pepperdine University.
Niki Terzieff
Niki oversees our lobbying and advocacy efforts and consults on policy goals. She is the President of Leading Edge Public Affairs and has extensive experience in working closely with the state's leading legislators and regulators.
