Legislative Accomplishments

HB 2098 - Closes retail stores not paying taxes, addresses potency testing irregularities, and establishes pilot program for medical patient delivery (which is the first step in merging the OMMP and OLCC programs) 

SB 218 - Allows the OLCC to maintain its moratorium on producer license issuance, promoting the continuing stabilization of the wholesale market  

SB 582 - Paves the way for interstate commerce and assures Oregon will be first to market when national marketplace opens 

HB3000 - Allows for better regulation of Hemp licensees to close loopholes used by illegal marijuana growers

SB408 - The broadest rewrite of Oregon cannabis regulations to date including violation reclassification and a number of increased privileges for licensees to help with growth and smoother compliance
